A nonprofit needs a program designed well enough that a funder can understand what it does, who it serves, and how anyone would know whether it worked. We do both, and the discipline behind them is the same.

Program development is its own skill set. It is not grant writing, and it is not project management. It is the work of deciding what a program is meant to accomplish, how it will get there, and how you will prove it, before a single dollar is requested or awarded.
